In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded
- Email Marketing refund will be provided in case non-delivery of the product due to some Mail server issues or Mail server down However refund will be provided on pro rata basis.
- Bulk SMS refund will be provided in case non-delivery of the product due to some SMS server issues or SMS server down However refund will be provided on pro rata basis. ¬∑
- SEO(Traditional) refund will be provided in case search engine optimization has not started once the work is started no refund will be provided. ¬∑
- Displaying Ads on Search Engines refund will be provided in case of payment is not paid to the third party venders like Google,Bing,Aol etc. However if it is so no refund will be provided in any circumstances.
